Blanchester Ohio 1996
"This case along with the trials of Tracey and Lawrence represent the worst of our entire judicial system.  The disappearance of this young lady is a tragedy, but never should have been followed by the tragedies that Vincent and his family have been forced to endure. Perjured testimony and an unethical prosecution came together to allow injustice at all cost, and injustice for one is an injustice to all. Some day I hope the truth is revealed for everyone that has suffered  ." Scott Frederick,Esq.

" I don't know where Carrie is. If I did I would gladly tell them so I could go home. I have been offered if I gave them a body or some piece of evidence that could be tested for DNA that I could go home. I don't have nothing to give them I don't know anything." Vincent Doan   "On The Case with  Paul Zahn" 2011.
To the best of our knowledge a $10,000 dollar reward was offered on Sept. 17th 1996 by the Culberson family for information leading to finding Carrie. This reward was never given to anyone. We are sure that it would be still honored  if anyone has any information on the wereabouts of Carrie Culberson.
